I have a need to make some hardened stainless steel (~60 RC) parallel and with a decent finish on it, so I invested in a used Brown & Sharpe 612 surface grinder. Like many of you, I only have 240 volt single phase power available and have to figure out a way to make this grinder run. The tag on the back of the grinder reads: Serial# 525-612-4035
